Terms of Service

Welcome to the Find My Housing Property Manager Portal, operated by Sirana Pty Ltd (based in South Africa). By accessing or using our platform to manage property listings and subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You represent that you are authorized to manage the properties associated with your account.

2. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

By selecting a paid service or subscription tier, you agree to pay Sirana Pty Ltd the recurring or one-time fees indicated.

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe). By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to said payment method.
• Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring schedule (monthly or annually) based on your selected plan.
• Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods unless legally required or specifically stated otherwise.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable national, provincial, state, local or other taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

3. Content and Listings

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any property listings, descriptions, images, or other content you upload to the platform. You agree that your content will comply with all applicable laws, including the Fair Housing Act where applicable, and will not contain misleading or discriminatory information.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Claim properties you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent payment information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the portal or its related systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the portal or circumvent its security measures.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirana Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the portal or any related services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
